Sponge Cake is used for all larger stacked cakes that require torting (double or triple stacked to make a tall cake), and can be layered with any type of filling listed below, including buttercreams.

Better - Includes buttercream flowers, ribbon, some detailed design, simple fondant flowers/cutouts and extra decoration
Bitchin' - Includes intricately detailed designs, gold or silver leaf, barrel cakes, sliced fondant designs, and heavily detailed geometric designs
